About gudkitchen
gudkitchen is a small recipe and cooking hub for the hemp-infused kitchen. We publish real recipes and plain-language guides for cooking with infused seasonings, CBD sugar, and infused salts — the kind of food you'd actually make on a Tuesday, written for a light hand and a low, slow approach.
We're part of the GŪD family of brands, alongside the retail store GŪD Supply. That relationship is exactly why we're
careful about how we talk about it: gudkitchen has its own editorial voice and its own
standards, and we don't pretend to be an independent third party. When we link to GŪD
Supply, those links are marked sponsored — Google's prescribed disclosure for
links between properties that share an owner. We think that's just honest.
How we cook
- Recipes have to earn their place. Every recipe here is something we'd make and eat regardless of what it links to. If a page only exists to sell you something, it doesn't belong on gudkitchen.
- Dose is portioned by the batch. Our recipes tell you the yield and treat the infused ingredient as a measured part of the whole dish, not a per-bite free-for-all. Start low, go slow, and wait before seconds.
- No medical claims. We write about flavor and technique. We don't make health promises, and everything here is for adults 21+.
Our bylines
Recipes and guides are written by our editors — Nadia Okonkwo, Marcus Reyes, and Priya Anand — home cooks and writers who actually test what they publish. If something doesn't work in your kitchen, that's on us; tell us and we'll fix it.
A note on disclosure
Links from gudkitchen to GŪD Supply are sponsored and disclosed as such. We link to specific, relevant products and pages that are live and useful — never a wall of identical "shop now" buttons. If you spot a broken or misleading link, let us know; our build literally will not ship if a store link is dead or undisclosed.
